❏     Forms that can be completed before school starts, such as S865, MED-1

❏     A reminder that students need to be up to date with immunizations and to make appointments for June and July if their student needs any,  I have contacted the parents of incoming 7th graders that need updated vaccinations.

❏     Remind parents and students to be safe, wash their hands, and contact their doctor if they are sick

❏     Provide the link that has all the current forms
